Writing a thesis : Referencing the sources is the most essential part which makes the arguments stand in the light of the background details. It is the culmination of one’s long research work. It is the written document which will help the world to understand the depth, novelty and genuineness of the candidate’s effort. In this level the written documents are not only more in no. of words or pages in undergraduate level but its depth is also much more than in undergraduate level.

To write a hypothesis first we need to think of an outline . The outline should provide a report initial idea about the different chapters and subchapters that we will be dealing with at the time of final script. Generally a typical one will consists of title page, abstract, table of contents, main body of the paper, lists of tables, lists of figures, lists of abbreviations, bibliography and may be any other thing as decided by the writer.

Scripting a good proposal is absolutely a daunting task. We have to sit numerous times with our guide to write even a small chapter. Because the work at this level has to be absolutely flawless, rich in subject matter and also interesting for the readers
In the doctoral level of work the research should make some original contribution in respect to human knowledge and must discover something which is still unknown. Also this work will be used like a scientific report and the researchers who are doing researches in similar or may be diverse field will use these paper as their reference.

In this kind of report it is very important to mention the process which we have used for arriving at the conclusion. The details of the process are very important as it will differentiate between a good work and a bad one. A biased process is surely going to make a question mark on the viability of the study. So we need to be absolutely sure about choosing an unbiased process which will in no way affect the result of the work.

The referencing is also very important in this type of work. We need to use a lot of data (both primary and secondary) and also information from different sources for doing a good research work. The name of those sources (it may be magazine, journal etc.) should be clearly mentioned in the paper . These types of papers are generally for national and international readers. So the style of lettering needs to be of international standard. We should never use informal and slang common only to the regional readers. The style of characters should consist of simple and small sentences as much as possible. Long, circuitous sentences with too many jargons should be avoided as far as practicable. We also need to careful about the grammatical and spelling error.

Writing a thesis : Referencing the sources, the researcher has to defend his work in front of a panel pf specialists correlated with the research topic. If the researchers can successfully defend then it will be accepted. If the panel think that some form of revision is necessary as it is not up to the standard they will send it for revision. The researchers have to amend and submit it again. And if the panel think that the research work is not at all of any standard and the researcher may not have the capacity to finish the work they rejected the idea and the candidate has to withdraw from the program.
