Writing a Thesis
How much effort do you need to input in writing a thesis? It is quite a demanding task to compose a dissertation paper. Of course you already know that such a project is regarded as one of the most important before you graduate. But what are the steps in writing a thesis paper? Let me give you the procedures involved in creating this school paper.
- The first step is to choose a topic. A thesis topic must be selected only if you are familiar with it, has many available resources for reference, important and relevant and is feasible.
- Write the thesis proposal. In your proposal, include the major parts like the sample thesis statement, introduction and methods of researching.
- Gather sufficient reference materials. If you are not going to use any experimental results, then I suggest you gather enough research materials for referencing. You can use books, journals and internet sites.
- Write the parts of the dissertation. You must include all the necessary segment of the paper; dissertation abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, data and analysis, results and discussions and the conclusion.
- Cite your resources. Of course if you will use a reference file, then you must cite it. You can apply the formats of writing by APA, MLA or Harvard formats.
- Lastly, proofread your work. You should eliminate al the spelling and grammar errors in your paper.
