Undergraduate Dissertation – Some Problems in Writing It

An undergraduate dissertation may not be as difficult as the PhD doctoral dissertation and MA thesis levels. However, you still need to invest a lot of effort and time in order to submit a quality research paper. Thesis Statement

The thesis statement is one single sentence that provides the core topic of the study. You need to present here the subject or question that you wish to explore. One very typical problem in writing it is the feasibility factor. You should always consult with your adviser if the study you are proposing is doable or not. In an exploratory dissertation , this is the main concern, the feasibility.

Format

Although you can choose a variety of formatting in terms of citation style, there are still some dilemmas which can occur in writing an undergraduate dissertation . This can happen if you can’t allocate your topic to the APA, MLA or Harvard styles. For example, a supply chain thesis cannot simply utilize the APA format since it is not actually a science field while the MLA is only common for the arts and humanities types of studies.
