The findings are absolutely important because that is the main purpose for the whole work. Lists of tables, figures with appropriate marking should be present in the work. The references we have used for the entire work should come in the bibliography section.
But submitting it only will not finish the whole work. In most of the universities one has to defend his document orally in front of panel members. Depending on the course the level of questions candidate has to face from panel members for defending his theory.

If the candidate can successfully defend the essay he will be awarded the degree. But in case of unsuccessful defense there can be two options. In case of revision the candidate will get a second chance to amend his work and then defend again.
