Thesis Paper Outline – Simple Plan for Dissertation Writing
It is not always possible to write a dissertation without an outline. Basically, those students who have already experienced composing a research paper are the ones who can manage without it. However, you as a beginner should have a thesis paper outline for your guidance. Many times we have been composing our plans and systems in writing an essay so it is applicable also in building a dissertation paper. So what are the basic parts in a thesis paper outline?

- Title page – contains the title of the research paper and details about you and your class.
- Acknowledgement page – this is optional but if you will include it, you can write all the people and institutions that have contributed to your dissertation paper completion.
- Introduction – the first chapter of the dissertation where you introduce the background of the study as well as present your thesis statement.
- Literature review – the chapter where you summarize another research related to your topic.
- Dissertation Methodology – the chapter where you will present the data gathering and analysis methods that you have used in the research. You can learn how to write methodology by looking at our previous articles about it.
- Data and Analysis – the part where you discuss about the data and analysis.
- Results – segment where you present your results from data analysis and relate them to your hypothesis.
- Conclusion – the final chapter of the dissertation where you summarize the contents of the entire paper and resolve your problem statement.
- Bibliography page – entries of materials that you have used to support your thesis results. Use either APA or MLA styles of writing.
