The Basic Thesis Chapter

The first thesis chapter is the Abstract. You can also call it as the executive summary. It contains 300 to 500 words that will summarize the content of the paper. It should only provide a general overview of the project.
The next part is the Introduction. This chapter contains the explanation of topic selection. It should give the readers the background of the topic and the problems that the project intends to solve.
Literature review is the review of other materials related to your subject. It is written in a way that synthesizes the other materials with the same topic scope.
Methodology is a thesis chapter that explains that way data were gathered. It should also provide details about the analyses that were applied to the data.
Data and Analysis. The thesis chapter that obviously presents the data acquired and how it was analyzed. You should also include the discussion part to relate the results to the thesis statement.
Conclusion is the last of the dissertation chapters. This one wraps up all the research results of the project. It should contain the main summary resolution to the problem statement. Once you have included the main discussion, you are done in with thesis writing.
