One good characteristic of the thesis proposal is that you can easily modify your research goals if the adviser did not find any reasons to research about the topic. Remember that the proposal should first be approved by the teacher or instructor before you can proceed with the research process.
So what does a thesis proposal contain?
Introduction – this is where you present the reasons for the research. You should also mention the background of the topic interest. Here, put your thesis statement and hypotheses.
Methodology – this part involves your explanations about how you will gather data. There are many technical ways to do this. The part of the thesis proposal should be enough to give you space in mentioning what you want to do while researching.
Literature review – depending on your thesis topics, you should know that this review involves the synthesis of different materials related to your subject. Provide some ways how you will retrieve the needed materials.
Conclusion – since you have not started writing the paper yet, you can simply have a conclusion part that will assume the results. Writing a thesis should be in a chronological way. You cannot put any results info if you have not completed your research process yet.
